From the architecture to the painting, here is the workshop and its development, the iconographic epigraph on the tomb, the frescoes, the choir of the upper church, the old lighting of the Basilica, Cimabue's crucifixion in Assisi and a study of the light. There are magisterial portraits, episodes from the Saint's life in innumerable colour depictions, manuscripts photographed from the library, details from tempera on wood from the convent, of an eagle on the façade of the upper church, spectacular stained glass windows photographed against a black background and using black paper from pages 80 through to 96, spectacularly detailed altar-frontal panels and between pages 114 and 115, 12 sheets of the finest handcrafted paper with full page colourful medieval illumination and calligraphic manuscript from the Bible and from musical works.
