5 Day Return/Exchanges on CLOTHING ONLY (all other sales are final)
Original price tag must still be attached to the garment with receipt.

In-store Returns for website purchases  (returning to our physical store)

We offer returns within 7 days of purchase.

Returns are processed Monday-Friday from 10:00 am until 1:00 pm, (excluding holidays) If you initiate a return outside of these hours, it will be processed the next business day.

Item(s) must be returned to the store in the condition they were sold, and be signed off by a supervisor
Returns must be made with a proof of purchase, either a paper receipt or e-receipt.

Please note: You have 10 days from the time you purchased your item(s) to pick it up. Your item(s) may no longer be available to be picked up after that period, if that happens, we will refund your purchase IF YOU LET US KNOW you won’t be picking up your item(s). Items can only be picked up during the hours the store is open. Returns are only from 7 days of PURCHASE, NOT pickup.

As of 09/01/22- All order that have not been pickup up after 10 days are subject to a 20% Restocking fee.


Please allow 3-7 days to post, depending on what form of payment was used. In most cases it is immediate. If you have not received your refund in 7 days, please contact us to resolve the matter.

We offer returns within 10 days of you receiving your package.

Use "return" as your subject line

Please include your order number, name, email address, shipping and/or billing address (if they were different)  and reason for return in the body of your email.

Item(s) must be returned in the condition they were sold, and be approved by our webstore department. Refunds will be issued once we receive the item back at the store. We will provide Shipping instructions via email once the return is approved.
