Shipping

Our shipping department fulfills orders during business weekdays. We try to ship by the next business day, but in some cases please allow 2-3 days for process of shipment.
Our items are categorized into three different shipping categories to help us accurately calculate our shipping cost. Shipping is auto calculated by container type, weight/size and distance. If you are trying to purchase multiple items and you find that your orders shipping is very expensive $$$, try contacting us at info@superiorthrift.com We can do a custom shipping solution, please contact us PRIOR TO PURCHASE, and we will try to work with you on a case by case basis.
Please note on some large orders, our system has a hard time calculating volume and will under estimate the size of the box, in which case we have to switch to UPS or USPS ground to be able to ship the order. If you have a time constraint on items please let us know prior to purchase and we can do a custom order with the appropriate shipping fees.

Please Note:
If you are local, and would like to pick up the item you are purchasing in-store, please check the pickup in-store box during checkout!
If the checkbox is not checked, a shipping charge will be added to your checkout total and your item will be queued to ship!
Optional: In your chopping cart above the Check Out button there's a check box with the phrase "I will pick up this order (local pickup)". If you check the box you can type the name of ONE additional pickup person.
Lost or missing Shipment?

If your package goes missing contact us ASAP, so we can open up an inquiry/investigation with the shipping carrier. If you do not contact us within 30 days of the delivery window (45 days for international delivery) we will not be able to offer any sort of compensation or refund. UPS and USPS only keeps tracking information for a limited amount of time. Please be aware that “shipping confirmation”, “out for delivery” and “delivered” notices go to the email address and/or phone number you provide with your shipping information, so please provide correct information.
We are not liable/responsible for stolen packages. Our system keeps track of delivery information sent to us from UPS & USPS, and if UPS or USPS shows as delivered, we will not be able to issue a refund. Please keep on top of your tracking as it is sent with shipping confirmation and will give up to date information of where your shipment is.
If you believe that your package has been stolen, please contact your local authorities as well as the U.S. Postal Inspector (if shipment was sent via USPS). USPS has a police force that investigates mail theft. While neither of these options may be able to get your package back, they can help law enforcement better understand and map crime rates in your area.
